WorldwideIt is predicted there will be 16.3 million deaths from cancer worldwide each year by 2040, if mortality remains stable and population growth and ageing continues in line with recent trends.[1] This is an increase of 63.7% from 2020 and is expected to be higher in males (66.8% increase) than in females (59.8% increase).
