How we support drug discovery research

We fund a broad portfolio of investigator-led biotherapeutic and small molecule drug discovery, supported by an extensive core-funded infrastructure including four small molecule Drug Discovery Units and the CRUK–AstraZeneca Antibody Alliance Laboratory.

Combinations Alliance

This is a joint initiative by our Experimental Cancer Medicine Centres and pharmaceutical collaborators to increase the number of clinical trials using new combinations of treatment for cancer.

Our Commercial Partnerships team work with you to develop promising ideas into successful cancer therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and enabling technologies.

The team can support you with specialist expertise including project development, patent filing, licensing and partnering.
