This trial looked at a drug called LY3143921 hydrate for people with advanced . Advanced cancer is cancer that has spread into surrounding tissues or elsewhere in the body.

It was for people whose treatment had stopped working or they had all the available to them.

This trial was supported by Cancer Research UK. People could join the trial between 2017 and 2021. The team reported the results in 2026.
