Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) is looking for people affected by cancer with an experience of smoking (those who currently smokes or have previously smoked) to review their plain English cancer fact sheet to ensure they are accessible and appropriate for non-experts.

The fact sheets are for a wide range of audiences from academics, media, general public and health professionals. They are revising the current fact sheet to make it more user friendly for the general public and want to ensure that this new content speaks to the experience of people with a lived experience of cancer and smoking.

There is also an option to review more content from ASH in future or be involved in ASH work.

If you’re interested in participating or for more information about this opportunity, please contact laura.bunce@ash.org.uk or click below.

They work in collaboration with leading organisations in the field like Cancer Research UK to campaign for change and to support the evidence-based policy to be implemented.
