Speak Polish, Urdu or Punjabi? Help us improve cancer information for your community

We’re exploring new ways to make cancer information accessible to those who speak Polish, Urdu and Punjabi. We’re looking for native speakers who also speak English to review short, translated summaries and tell us if they feel clear, sensitive and culturally appropriate. Your feedback will help us share vital information in a way that truly works for your community.

Help shape future cancer care – share your thoughts on prehabilitation

Cancer Research UK's Newcastle Centre is exploring how gentle exercise and wellbeing support before and during cancer treatment might help people feel better and cope with side effects. This short 5-minute survey is part of the ACTIVATE study, which is looking at how practical and helpful prehabilitation (“prehab”) could be for people starting treatment for breast, colorectal, prostate, or lung cancer.

Help shape the future of cancer pathways for older adults

Have you or someone you care about been investigated for cancer? Join a workshop to share your experiences and help researchers better understand how you balance decisions about cancer care with other health needs. Researchers are looking for people older than 65 years, including those living with multiple long-term conditions, frailty, and dementia. They are also looking for caregivers, such as family members or friends, who care for someone who has been through a cancer pathway.

The Precision Imaging team at the University of Nottingham wants to hear from patients and carers to help shape future research through a series of co-design focus groups. Your insights could guide meaningful improvements in care and treatment.

Patient and Public Involvement Panel Member for Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute

The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute is a department of the University of Cambridge, funded by the charity Cancer Research UK. They are piloting a new Patient Panel of people affected by cancer living within Cambridgeshire and East England to bring patient perspectives into the heart of the Institute’s strategy and decision-making.

Have your say in shaping future pancreatic cancer surgery research

Researchers from the University of Oxford are inviting people affected by pancreatic cancer to take part in an exciting online workshop. This one-off session will help guide a new research study exploring whether support with exercise, nutrition, and mental wellbeing before major cancer surgery could improve recovery and treatment outcomes. By sharing your experiences and ideas, you’ll help ensure the research is designed with patients’ real needs in mind.

Researchers from the University of Strathclyde are interested in having input from people living with colorectal cancer. They're asking you to complete an anonymous online survey and take part in an optional follow-up interview.
