Our local fundraising group meets once a month to discuss and arrange fundraising ideas. We have four coffee mornings at Braunton Parish Hall each year, and raise funds at various local events with tombola stalls and other activities as opportunities arise. We also arrange collections at, for instance, Tescos and a nearby garden centre and, once a year, deliver cream teas to local businesses and shops. During the pandemic we held several successful prize draws at Easter and Christmas to compensate for the lack of other opportunities. We would welcome new fundraising ideas and are happy to welcome new members to our group. We are also pleased to have new helpers working with us at events to raise money for this very worthwhile cause.
