What is DEKA?
DEKA is the sport of functional fitness — accessible, measurable, and designed to celebrate every level of ability. With three unique formats — DEKA STRONG (no running), DEKA MILE (with a total of 1 mile of running), and DEKA FIT(5km total run) — this is your chance to earn your mark, test your fitness, and join a global movement.
We are athletes. Every person who steps up to the start line is one — regardless of where they start, how fast they finish, or what their goal is.

A fitness testing and assessment event features 10 DEKA Zones in an indoor gym environment, all without any running.
Mile

A unique and memorable fitness challenge for the masses, combining our DEKA Zones with 160 meters of running before each zone, totaling 1 mile.
