Mentoring, coaching and networking

Women of Influence

Through this programme, the women in our research community can access mentoring from leading businesswomen to receive useful career support and advice from outside of academia.

Leadership coaching

Our researchers can benefit from coaching offered as a charitable contribution by individual coaches who graduated from the Mastered programme run by executive coach training firm, Meyler Campbell.

Scientific events and webinars

We host a range of events designed to showcase cutting-edge science, bring together an international scientific community and facilitate collaborations. Our funded fellows will also be invited to attend our ‘All Fellows’ event every two years. Join in to network with your colleagues and discuss solutions to your common challenges.

StellarHE

This leadership programme is for researchers from ethnic minority backgrounds with experience in management and supervision looking to establish their independence as research group leaders. Contact us to find out more.

We offer sponsorship on this course for fellows to develop their lab leadership skills as a new group leader. Contact us for more information.
