DEKA is the sport of functional fitness — accessible, measurable, and designed to celebrate every level of ability. With three unique formats — DEKA STRONG (no running), DEKA MILE (with a total of 1 mile of running), and DEKA FIT(5km total run) — this is your chance to earn your mark, test your fitness, and join a global movement.
We are athletes. Every person who steps up to the start line is one — regardless of where they start, how fast they finish, or what their goal is. This is DEKA.
DEKA FIT is the full arena experience, hosted for the first time in the UK in 2025. It features ten functional fitness zones, each preceded by 500m of running — for a total of 5km.

RAM Burpees

We're with you every step of your fundraising journey so you can smash your target. Once you've signed up, we'll send you everything you need to get going such as fundraising ideas, top tips, planners and posters.
