About DEKA
DEKA is the sport of functional fitness — accessible, measurable, and designed to celebrate every level of ability. With three unique formats — DEKA STRONG (no running), DEKA MILE (with a total of 1 mile of running), and DEKA FIT(5km total run) — this is your chance to earn your mark, test your fitness, and join a global movement.
We are athletes. Every person who steps up to the start line is one — regardless of where they start, how fast they finish, or what their goal is. This is DEKA.
What is DEKA FIT?
DEKA FIT is the full arena experience, hosted for the first time in the UK in 2025. It features ten functional fitness zones, each preceded by 500m of running — for a total of 5km.
Some of the zones include:
- 500m Ski Erg
- 25 Cal Air Bike
- 20 Weighted Lunges
- 100m Tank Push/Pull
- RAM Burpees
It’s fast, challenging, and inclusive — a benchmark event that lets you set your standard, break barriers, and show up for yourself in a way that counts.
