If you pay by Direct Debit or have otherwise paid up front for entries your prize will be paid automatically within 28 days of the draw.
If you bought a winning ticket in a CRUK shop simply give us a call on 0300 123 1861 (lines open during business hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) and we'll arrange your payment.
