About the Depot
The Romford Depot is one of our distribution hubs. The staff and volunteers here sort, process and send donations out to our shops across London and the South East.
The Depot is not a shop and not normally open to the public, except for donating items.

Before bringing your donations to us, please contact us first on 01708 384103.

What items can I donate?
Each bag that you donate to us could be worth £25, based on the average bag value, which goes directly to supporting our groundbreaking work.
- Men's, women's and children's clothing
- Accessories including shoes, belts, handbags and jewellery
- Quality homeware - anything from cushions to crockery
- Books, CDs and DVDs
- Small electricals and electronics
What not to donate
- White goods such as fridges and washing machines
- Damaged or broken goods
