This trial is looking at a new drug called niraparib for breast cancer. It is for women who have previously had treatment for breast cancer that has spread into the surrounding tissue or to another part of the body.

To enter the trial, your breast cancer must also have a change in the BRCA gene and a small number of (HER2 negative).

Recruitment start: 1 April 2014

Recruitment end: 29 March 2017
