Heather is passionate about treating health like safety and making a real difference. Her senior roles included HM Chief Inspector of Construction; Group H&S director Balfour Beatty; HCLG chair & Mates in Mind trustee.

Darryl is a qualified accountant and freelance CFO with 35+ years’ experience across UK & US listed, private equity, & family businesses, including 10+ years in construction. He lost his brother, a construction worker, to cancer in 2025.

Tim is an experienced Chief Executive with 25+ years in house building. He sits on the board of NHBC, the leading insurance and warranty provider for new-build homes. He was previously Group CEO at Keepmoat, a top 10 UK house builder.
