Details

This trial is looking at whether having pembrolizumab before and during is better than chemoradiotherapy only. It is for people with oesophageal cancer who aren’t having surgery.

Oesophageal cancer includes cancer where the oesophagus (food pipe) joins the stomach (the gastro oesophageal junction).

Recruitment start: 28 February 2020

Recruitment end: 1 March 2024
