This trial is looking at whether doctors can use to guide treatment for people who have high risk prostate cancer. High risk prostate cancer is cancer that is more likely to grow quickly or spread.

The trial is open to people with newly diagnosed prostate cancer who:

  • have not yet had scans to find out whether the cancer has spread to another part of the body and

  • can have surgery or radiotherapy

Recruitment start: 16 March 2026

Recruitment end: 13 August 2028
