Details

This trial is looking at radiotherapy and hormone therapy after surgery for womb cancer. It is comparing this to with chemotherapy and radiotherapy after surgery.

It is for women:

  • whose womb cancer hasn’t spread to distant parts of the body, and

  • who don’t have any specific gene changes () in their womb cancer cells. This is called no specific molecular profile womb cancer or NSMP for short.

Womb cancer is also called endometrial or uterine cancer.

NSMP-ORANGE is part of a larger study called the RAINBO study. The RAINBO study is made up of 4 different trials. It is looking at treatment options for different types of gene changes in womb cancer cells.

Recruitment start: 19 December 2025

Recruitment end: 31 December 2030
