This trial is looking at sacituzumab tirumotecan on its own and in combination with pembrolizumab for .

It is open to people who have triple negative breast cancer that:

  • has come back in the same area and cannot be removed with surgery

  • has spread to another part of the body and cannot be treated with the aim to cure

You pronounce sacituzumab tirumotecan as sass-ih-too-zo-mab tie-rum-o-tee-can.

Recruitment start: 13 August 2025
