This trial is comparing 2 new combinations of treatment with for liver cancer that has spread.

It is for people who:

  • have a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma

  • are having their first treatment for

  • can’t have treatment with the aim to cure

  • can’t have to the liver

You pronounce rilvegostomig as ril–veh–gost-oh-mig. You pronounce tremelimumab as treh-meh-lim-you-mab.

Recruitment start: 24 April 2026

Recruitment end: 31 January 2028
