A trial looking at pembrolizumab and calderasib for non small cell lung cancer that has spread (KANDLELIT-004)

This trial is looking at adding calderasib to pembrolizumab to improve treatment for non small cell lung cancer.

It is for people who:

• have been newly diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer

• have a gene change (mutation) called KRAS G12C in their lung cancer cells

• have a large number of cancer cells that have a protein called PD-L1

You pronounce calderasib as kal-dair-ah-sib.
