A trial looking at low dose cyclophosphamide for bowel cancer (BICCC)

Details

This trial is looking at having cyclophosphamide chemotherapy. This is after completing treatment for bowel cancer.

It is for people who:

  • were diagnosed with cancer that had grown into the lining of the bowel wall but had spread no further than to one other in the body. This is stage 2, stage 3 or stage 4A bowel cancer.

  • had surgery with or without chemotherapy to treat their bowel cancer

Recruitment start: 18 July 2024

Recruitment end: 1 March 2027
