Gastro oesophageal junction (GOJ), Oesophageal cancer

This trial is looking at a called ITOP1 to treat people with cancer of the food pipe and cancer where the food pipe joins the stomach.
Cancer of the food pipe is called oesophageal cancer. Cancer where the food pipe joins the stomach is called gastro oesophageal cancer.
This trial is open to people who are due to have surgery and chemotherapy with the aim of curing their cancer.
Recruitment start: 11 November 2025
Recruitment end: 31 October 2027
