This trial is looking at adding a new drug called INCB161734 to chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
It is for people who:
haven’t yet had treatment for pancreatic cancer that has spread
have a gene change () called KRAS G12D in their pancreatic cancer cells
Recruitment start: 2 October 2026
Recruitment end: 24 March 2027
