This trial is comparing calderasib with calderasib and cetuximab for that has spread.
It is for people whose cancer:
has spread into the surrounding tissues or elsewhere in the body and
has a gene change () called KRAS G12C
A solid cancer is any cancer apart from a blood cancer such as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
You pronounce calderasib as kal-dair-ah-sib.
Recruitment start: 25 March 2026
Recruitment end: 30 August 2030
