This trial is comparing a new drug called BNT324 with for prostate cancer.

It is for men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). This means that the cancer has:

  • spread to other parts of the body (advanced prostate cancer), and

  • got worse despite having hormone treatment

Recruitment start: 30 July 2026

Recruitment end: 31 May 2028
