This trial is looking at BAY 3547926 on its own for liver cancer. It is also looking at adding it to .
This trial is for people:
who have a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and
whose cancer has spread into surrounding tissues, to another part of the body or it isn’t possible to treat it with surgery
Recruitment start: 31 March 2025
Recruitment end: 30 July 2027
