A trial looking at saruparib and darolutamide before surgery for prostate cancer (ASCERTAIN)

This trial is looking at having saruparib or darolutamide before surgery to remove prostate cancer. It is also looking at the combination of saruparib and darolutamide before surgery.

This trial is for men whose prostate cancer:

• is recently diagnosed

• hasn’t spread outside the prostate gland (localised prostate cancer) and

• has a higher risk of spreading
