This trial is looking at adding a new drug called BAY 3498264 to sotorasib for .
It is for people whose cancer:
has a KRAS G12C gene change () and
has grown into surrounding tissues or spread to another part of the body
A solid cancer is any cancer apart from a blood cancer such as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
Recruitment start: 1 February 2025
Recruitment end: 30 November 2027
