A trial of divarasib and pembrolizumab for non small cell lung cancer (Krascendo 2)

This trial is comparing divarasib and pembrolizumab with a standard treatment for non small lung cancer that has spread.

It is open to people with non small cell lung cancer that:

• has spread to the nearby lymph nodes or organs (locally advanced) or spread to another part of the body (advanced)

• cannot have treatment to cure their cancer and

• has a KRAS G12C gene change (mutation)
