This trial is comparing divarasib and pembrolizumab with a for non small lung cancer that has spread.

It is open to people with non small cell lung cancer that:

  • has spread to the nearby lymph nodes or organs (locally advanced) or spread to another part of the body (advanced)

  • cannot have treatment to cure their cancer and

  • has a KRAS G12C gene change ()

You pronounce divarasib as di-va-ra-sib.

Recruitment start: 24 October 2025

Recruitment end: 28 June 2028
