This trial is comparing datopotamab deruxtecan with durvalumab and datopotamab deruxtecan for triple negative breast cancer.

It is for people whose cancer:

  • has grown into surrounding tissues or spread to another part of the body ()

  • has low levels of a protein called PD-L1

You pronounce datopotamab deruxtecan as day-toe-pot-oh-mab deh-rux-tee-can.

Recruitment start: 24 October 2025
