Details

This trial looked at cabozantinib as for high grade uterine sarcoma that had stopped growing or got smaller after initial chemotherapy. This is also called high grade sarcoma of the womb.

The women who took part either had chemotherapy after surgery, or as the first treatment for cancer that had spread (advanced cancer).

This trial was supported by Cancer Research UK. People could join the trial between 2015 and 2021. The team presented the results at a conference in 2026.
