This study is looking at increasing the dose of radiotherapy for cancer of the back passage (rectal cancer) using an MR-Linac and adaptive radiotherapy.

People can take part if they:

  • are going to The Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Sutton and

  • have rectal cancer that has spread into the surrounding tissue

Recruitment start: 1 June 2025

Recruitment end: 1 June 2027
