This pilot study wants to find out whether it is possible to do a randomised trial looking at robotic surgery for advanced ovarian cancer.

It is open to women who have:

  • ovarian cancer

  • fallopian tube cancer

  • primary peritoneal cancer

And who are having chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy).

These cancers are treated the same way. When we use the term ovarian cancer in this summary, we are referring to all 3.
