I didn’t feel like a Survivor, but that changed as I watched a sea of purple walk around the track and realised that people do survive cancer.

You fundraise, we discover

At Cancer Research UK, we exist to beat cancer. We were a key player in the development of radiotherapy, which now benefits millions of cancer patients worldwide. And in the last 50 years, our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK.

In 2024, Relay For Life raised over £1 million. Every pound you raise is helping bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. And to make breakthroughs tomorrow, we need your help today.
