Start with 20 miles a week, spread your walks across the month or start with shorter walks every day and work your way up throughout the month. Make the challenge work for you.

Step: 2
If you'd like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow walkers, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.

Step: 3
Complete the challenge your way, solo or as a group, and start fundraising with help from your free fundraising pack.
