Fundraisers who set a target raise significantly more than those who don’t. Making the first contribution encourages others to follow your lead.
Hold a wrap‑up event to celebrate finishing your challenge. Thank everyone who supported you and get in those last-minute extra donations.
If your supporters pay UK tax, encourage them to add Gift Aid to their donation and the Government will give Cancer Research UK 25% extra, recovered from the tax that they pay.
