Whether you're a beginner or a pull-ups professional, this is your chance to make every rep count this August. Whether you choose to complete 10 pull-ups a day, more at weekends or just whenever you get a spare moment, you can complete the challenge in a way that suits you.

If you'd like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow fitness buffs, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.

Step: 3
Take some much needed me-time and complete the challenge solo, or invite a friend to join and work out together.
