This is a great race for anyone, no matter what your ability. The run has an enormously wide appeal and attracts everyone, from elite runners and celebs, to running novices.
Run for Cancer Research UK and you can help us to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Research currently saves over 440 lives a day, and thanks to our amazing supporters we will beat cancer sooner.
Want to push yourself further? The Great Manchester Half Marathon is taking place on the same day.
We've got lots in store to support you on race day. Look out for our cheering bus, it will be packed with cheerers shouting your name. Before and after your race, come over to our stand in Albert Square for a massage and refreshments.
