Our partnership with NIVEA SUN launched in July 2012, to raise vital funds for skin cancer research. We've helped millions of people stay safe in the sun via our annual campaign, which features our easy-to-remember acronym 'CARE': Cover up, Aim for shade, Rub on sunscreen and Enjoy the sun safely.
The campaign includes a TV advert and stickers on over 8 million NIVEA SUN products and at point of sale. We also share helpful tips on social media channels.
NIVEA SUN also supports our Race for Life Schools campaign, which encourages children to take care in the sun. In 2017, our partnership was shortlisted for Best Marketing Partnership at the Business Charity Awards, and for Best Alignment of Brand Values through a Sponsorship Activity at the Corporate Engagement Awards.
