Registration includes VAT, networking lunch and coffee breaks on all days, and conference dinner on Monday 5 June.

Travel bursaries

A limited number of travel bursaries will be available for students and post docs accepted to present a poster or talk at the conference. To apply please complete the form here

Cancellation Policy

Attendees wishing to cancel their place can receive a full refund up to 10 working days before the event start date. All cancellations must be made in writing to researchevents@cancer.org.uk by 19 May. Any cancellations received after this date, will not be refunded. Attendees can send a replacement free of charge.

Cancer Research UK and Association for Radiation Research are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs relating to attendee bookings.

COVID-19 guidance

The health and safety of our attendees and those you work with remains our highest priority. We will continue to closely monitor developments relating to COVID-19 and review guidance from government bodies. Further information and advice will be emailed to registered attendees ahead of the event.


All attendees are eligible to submit a poster abstract.
Deadline for abstracts is 7 April 2023
Applicants will be notified of acceptance from 24 April 2023
The presenting author of the abstract must register and pay the registration fee.

Poster viewing will take place throughout the conference (Please note the date and time is subject to change)

Be part of our Future Leaders session

Date: Monday 5 June

We're giving post-docs and students the opportunity to showcase their work as part of the conference programme.

3 Post-docs will have 10 minutes (+5 minutes of questions) each
3 PhD students to have 2 minute lightning talks (+ 1 minute of questions. We recommend 2 slides each)
