We’re pleased to have five organisations exhibiting at this year’s conference, showcasing innovative work and highlighting the vital role that patients and people affected by cancer play in shaping research, services and policy.

Ayrshire Cancer Support will showcase its person-centred approach and free services for people affected by cancer. Delegates can meet the team, learn about referral pathways and partnership working, and discover how the charity supports wellbeing and quality of life. The stand will also highlight support programmes, volunteer opportunities, transport services, and family support.

Breast Cancer Now will showcase support and involvement opportunities for people affected by breast cancer. Visitors can learn about Living with Secondary Breast Cancer support groups, the Here For You referral service, and Breast Cancer Now Voices. The stand will also highlight how people with lived experience help shape services, campaigns and improvements in NHS breast cancer care.
Cancer Research UK will showcase how the voices and experiences of people affected by cancer help shape its work. Delegates can meet teams including Campaigns, Patient Involvement and Cancer Research UK Roadshow nurses, and learn how they support cancer prevention, early diagnosis and informed decision-making in communities across Scotland.

The NSCC will showcase key projects supporting national cancer service improvement, including Clinical Management Pathways, National Managed Clinical Networks and the Target Operating Model for oncology services. Delegates can learn how this work supports clinical consensus, shared learning and service improvement across cancer pathways, and explore opportunities for engagement and collaboration.

Beatson Cancer Charity will showcase support available to people affected by cancer, including its Specialist Health and Work Service, Befriending Service and Bereavement Support. The stand will also highlight group programmes for people worried about cancer returning and those living with incurable cancer. Visitors can learn about the impact of these services through feedback and service data.
We also have a limited number of free tickets available for people with lived experience of cancer. If you would like to attend using one of these places, please email scotcancerconf@cancer.org.uk for the discount code and instructions on how to book.
