Rob Worrell is the Chief Executive Officer of Everywhen, formerly Ardonagh’s Advisory platform, which encompasses four strategic quadrants: Networks, General Insurance, Employee Benefits, and MGAs. With a career spanning over three decades in the insurance sector, Rob brings a wealth of experience and entrepreneurial insight. Rob began his journey in insurance as a founding partner of The Insurance Partnership in 1993. His leadership trajectory continued as CEO of Jelf General Insurance, following its acquisition by Marsh. Rob holds the ACII qualification and is a Chartered Insurance Broker, underscoring his technical expertise and commitment to industry standards.

Beyond insurance, Rob holds a diverse portfolio via his investment company across sectors including property, estate agency, legal, education, and manufacturing. Rob is dedicated to coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders, leveraging his extensive experience to provide guidance and support. He is also deeply committed to charitable and vocational initiatives, championing causes that give back to the community. Julie’s current role is Managing Director of Hinks Insurance Brokers based in Hull. Julie has over 26 years’ experience as a Commercial Broker. She is passionate about giving back and has worked a number of local charities. Like most people Cancer Research is close to Julie’s heart having lost her mother and other family members . She is looking forward to contributing to the fight against it and continue to support the research locally and nationally.

Andrew Horncastle is Chairman of his family business, Horncastle Group Plc, a local property development company based in Newport, East Yorkshire. He is an entrepreneur with a keen sense of what makes businesses grow and develop.

Andrew was a Trustee of the Daisy Appeal charity for over 10 years where his involvement and investment contributed towards the opening of a £4.5 million world class diagnosis and research facility at Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham, East Yorkshire, housing a PET-CT scanner for early diagnosis for cancer, heart disease and dementia. In 2019, Andrew was awarded an MBE for his services to business and charity in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Sadly, cancer does not discriminate and having lost family, friends and colleagues to this cruel disease, Andrew has joined the Board to support Cancer Research UK continue their vital work in our region to beat it.

Jan is the Chief Executive of For Entrepreneurs Only (FEO) and is a holder of The Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion. FEO is a Community Interest Company based in Hull. Membership is made up of over 200 private sector business owners who collectively employ 27,000 people and turn over £7billion. The aim of FEO is to be the trusted voice of the private sector in Hull and The East Riding and to help and encourage entrepreneurs to start, adapt and grow their businesses using a peer led model. In 2021, FEO was awarded The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

In her spare time, Jan sings with The Beautiful Couch, Tribute to The Beautiful South and The Housemartins. Jan is also president of Hessle Theatre Company who celebrated their Centenary Year in 2022.

Davina Gillyon is the Chief Commercial Officer at rradar and a member of its Senior Leadership Team, overseeing Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Content. Since joining the company in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and commercial success, working closely with the CEO and investors to deliver shareholder value and drive exponential growth.

Her leadership has been instrumental in transforming rradar into a high-performing legal enterprise, driving innovation through an expanding portfolio of products and services that strengthen and accelerate its growth strategy.

Davina brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, and is an unwavering advocate for ethical leadership and inclusivity. She is committed to leading by example to inspire, equip and empower others to confidently pursue, and excel in, senior leadership roles; this advocacy is driving forward greater diversity of representation at the highest echelons of business.
