With 40 years' experience of coaching runners from elite to club level, Runningwithus are here to help you, so join our training sessions and get ready for race day!

Spring 2026 event training series

Whether you're signed up for a 10k, half-marathon or full marathon taking place in spring 2026, join our informative training sessions with Runningwithus to help get yourself race-ready.

An introduction to training for the TCS London Marathon or any other spring marathon (all experience levels)

About the day:

The day will consist of group based sessions on training, nutrition, injury prevention and race day planning. There will be a short practical running session led by Runningwithus, suitable for all ability levels. Alongside running advice, we'll share tips to boost your fundraising and you'll learn the difference your fundraising makes to our research.
