This is your challenge. Whatever your ability, do it your way.

Whether you're a total beginner or a planking professional, this is your chance to make every plank count this October. Go all in and complete the challenge in a way that suits you.

We recommend October, but you can start and finish at any time.

You can continue to collect donations on your online Giving Page after the month ends.

Whether you finish the challenge or not, the money that you raise will allow us to continue to fund life-saving research.

Raise £150 and get a medal.

Raise £150 or more through your online Giving Page and you'll also receive a Cancer Research UK branded medal.

How to fundraise

When you sign up, we'll create your online Giving Page.

Share it with friends, family and colleagues and start getting sponsorship for your challenge.

There's no set fundraising target.

You set your own goals. But we do recommend you set yourself a target of £150. Fundraisers who do set a target raise significantly more.
