About the 30 Day Plank Challenge

Take on the challenge and plank every day throughout April to help raise money for life-saving cancer research.

Whether you're starting your fitness journey or are already a seasoned planker, this is your chance to plank with purpose this April. Start off with 30 seconds and then challenge yourself by gradually increasing your plank time as the month goes on. Feel good, get fit and raise money to help fund life-saving cancer research.
