Warminster Local Committee

Warminster Group was formed in 1963, since it’s inception until the present day (August 22 ) we have managed to achieve a cumulative total of over £396,000. Our fundraising events have been wide- ranging and varied, and includes Garden Parties, donations from ‘In Memoriams’, Coffee Mornings, Quizzes, Table Top Sales in Warminster town and surroundings area. A concert where we hosted the Military Wives Choir proved to be a great success. We are always open to new fundraising ideas, wherever we can ‘ Fly our Flag’ or put our Gazebo up we will be there!. We have a regular following at our events which allows us to catch up with friends and supporters. Everyone is always so generous with both item donations and financial contributions. We always make time to lend a listening ear to people who want to tell us about their Cancer journey. Everyone’s experience is different and important to us. The aim of our Warminster Group is to carry on fundraising for Cancer Research UK for as long as we can, to support the amazing people who are dedicating their lives researching new treatments and cures.
