National Inclusion Week: 24th – 30th September

This year’s theme is Everyday Inclusion, which aims to:


Celebrate everyday, practical ways you can create an inclusive environment in your workplace and inspire others to do so


Engage your organisation in the commercial and social opportunities of inclusion


Generate new ideas to make inclusion an everyday reality

How will Cancer Research UK participate in National Inclusion Week?

We will be:
  1. Running specialist inclusion events for staff and other stakeholders
  2. Promoting our staff support groups/networks:
    • Age
    • Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME)
    • LGBTQI+
    • Multi-Faith
    • Wellbeing
    • Women
    • Working Parents
  3. Reviewing some of our business and stakeholder process to see whether we can make them more inclusive
  4. Work with specialist organisations such as for example the Equality Human Rights Commission and Stonewall
  5. Listening to feedback from a wide range of stakeholders
