In your local park, on a nature trail or around your neighbourhood - wherever works for you!
Start with 15 miles a week, spread your walks across the month or start with shorter walks every day and work your way up throughout the month. Make the challenge work for you.

Step: 2
If you'd like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow walkers, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.
Step: 3
Take some much needed me-time and complete the challenge solo, or invite a friend to join and walk together.

You set your own goals. But we do recommend you set yourself a target of £150. Fundraisers who do set a target raise significantly more.
