Start with your 15 minutes of skipping all in one go, spread your skips across the day, or start with a few minutes a day and work your way up throughout the month. Make the challenge work for you.

Step: 1
Complete our 2 minute form and get your free skipping rope and online Giving Page.

Step: 2
If you'd like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow skippers, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.

Step: 3
Take some much needed me-time and complete the challenge solo, or invite a friend to join and skip together.
