If you choose to create an account on the Cancer Research UK Cancer Chat forum, we will ask for the following information:
Your chosen username (this must not include your full name)

Your chosen password to access your account in future
The data is collected in a form on the sign-up page for the forum. This form is hosted on our website.
Your details are stored against your profile so that you are able to login and use the forum. We don’t collect any other items of personal data and as a member of the forum, you are advised to avoid sharing anything that could identify you or other members. Your email address may be used to send you the Cancer Chat newsletter., which you may opt out of at any time.
