Being active means any movement that uses your muscles and more energy than when you’re resting. It doesn’t have to mean joining a gym or classes. It can be walking to the shops, taking the stairs, gardening or dancing. Being active can help you feel better physically and help your mental wellbeing.

This is our support forum where members can talk to others affected by cancer, share experiences, or ask a question to our friendly team of cancer specialist nurses.

Counselling can help you come to terms with your cancer. Understanding what it is and how it can help, can help you decide if it is right for you.
